Job summary

Marston’s PLC in England is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift.

You’ll bring branded experience or be an experienced Commis Chef, help manage all aspects of the kitchen, run the line during service, and support the team to maintain the highest standards of food and service.

• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise and develop kitchen team
