Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in a lively pub environment. You’ll be right in the action, standing as second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up when they are not on shift.

You’ll support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations, run the line during service, and motivate the team to maintain top standards of food and service while delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a branded, high-street kitchen or as a Commis Chef.
• Ability to assist Head Chef and run the line during service.
• Commitment to high standards of food and service.

• Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and encouragethe kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
• Be passionateabout maintaining the highest standards of food and service
