Job summary

MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is hiring a Sous Chef for the Golden Retriever at Vintage Inns. You will run a section, train and lead the kitchen team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed, delivering great food and a welcoming pub experience.

You will oversee branded menus, food ordering, stock control and maintain high health and safety standards while supporting team development and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Confidently manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
