Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers’ Broughton Inn is seeking a Sous Chef who will lead a kitchen section, train chefs and ensure delicious, consistent dishes. You’ll support the Head Chef with ordering, stock control and food prep, while upholding the brand menu and standards.

You’ll manage the kitchen team, drive performance, and be the go-to person in the Head Chef’s absence, contributing to a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests.

You'll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
