Job summary

Broughton Inn is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train the team and step in for the Head Chef when needed. You will work within the Vintage Inns portfolio, delivering branded dishes with pride and ensuring high standards in a welcoming, pub-style setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to train and motivate a kitchen team.
• Capable of managing food ordering, stock and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead your section and ensure the team works as one unit.
• Assist Head Chef in food ordering and stock control.
• Ensure meals are prepared to brand standards and regulatory hygiene rules.
