Marston's PLC is seeking Bar and Waiting teammates in the UK to deliver friendly service and quality experiences in our pubs. No prior hospitality required, with access to our DNA training path and app-based learning to help you become your best.

You'll take orders, serve drinks and meals, and upsell while supporting a vibrant team. Flexible, part-time hours and progression opportunities are available as you develop new skills and a long-term pub career.

• No formal hospitality experience required; internal DNA training path available.
• Friendly and welcoming attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn and progress through apprenticeship options.

We're on the lookout for new Bar and Waiting teammates to join our team! New to hospitality? You won't be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of our pubs. Our Bar and Waiting teams are at the heart of it all, right where the magic happens. It's not just a shift on the bar. It's mastering the best pint. It's not just delivering delicious, quality food. It's about creating those happy, memorable moments that leaves our guests coming back for more. We'll give you the skills you need via our internal career pathway (DNA) including access to our innovative app-based training. As part of our Bar and Waiting team you'll: Be the face of our pubs creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

• Be responsible for taking orders, serving and upselling our fantastic food and drinks
• Be passionate about providing brilliant customer service
• Care about the wider team, turning your hand to support wherever needed
• Gain people, marketing and operational skills whilst getting paid for it!
