Job summary

Marston's PLC in Oswestry is seeking a Sous Chef to act as second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up when needed and helping to run the kitchen. You will support the Head Chef and manage service alongside a dedicated team.

You'll mentor the kitchen team, maintain high standards of food and service, and work within the company’s career pathway to progress your leadership journey.

Qualifications

• Branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and develop the kitchen team.
• Passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
