Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Warrington is seeking a Sous Chef at the Stretton Fox, part of the Vintage Inns collection, to lead a section and drive a dedicated kitchen team. You will train staff, manage food ordering, prep and stock control, and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes in a branded menu environment.
