Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and to assist with menu development and stock management. You will mentor junior staff, uphold high standards, and drive the team to deliver fresh, quality dishes that meet 5* scores on the doors.

Responsibilities
