Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, assist with menu development, manage stock, and train junior staff. You will maintain high standards, safety compliance, and team motivation to deliver consistent, quality dishes.

Qualifications
