Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a motivated Sous Chef at The Tally Ho! to help lead the kitchen and develop into the Head Chef of the future. The role offers a clear career path with strong earning opportunities and bonuses.

Basic up to £34,000 per annum, plus tronc, paid overtime, and an OTE bonus up to £1,500 per year. You’ll enjoy free meals on shift, staff discounts, a Nest pension, life assurance, and more perks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude.
• Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
