Job summary

Brook House Care Home is seeking a dedicated sous chef to help deliver fresh, nutritious meals for residents in residential and dementia care. You will support the head chef and set high standards in the kitchen, using the best ingredients available.

This role features straight day shifts with no evenings, a 38-hour week, and every other weekend. The ideal candidate has culinary skill suited to care-home meals, knowledge of special dietary needs, and a passion for cooking that inspires the

The work centres on preparing fresh, nutritious meals for residents, prioritising quality produce, while supporting the head chef and setting standards in the kitchen.
