Brook House Care Home is seeking a dedicated sous chef to help deliver fresh, nutritious meals for residents in residential and dementia care. You will support the head chef and set high standards in the kitchen, using the best ingredients available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents, mainly those in residential and dementia care
• Use the best fresh ingredients available
• Support the head chef
• Lead by example in kitchen practice
• Show creative flair and high-level hospitality in food presentation
• Mentor kitchen teams and help them progress through the Chef academy
