Job summary

Care UK is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef at Magna Care Centre in Wimborne. The role runs full-time, 36 hours per week across four days with alternate weekends, starting at 7.30am and finishing around 5.30pm or 6pm.

You will prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents using the best ingredients available and support the Head Chef. You will lead by example, bring creative flair to menus, and mentor kitchen teams through Care UK's Chef academy, contributing to a warm, inclusive dining

We are looking for a highly skilled Sous chef to create fresh nutritious meals for our residents by way of using the best fresh ingredients available. We are looking for a passionate Chef that will support the Head Chef, lead by example and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings! There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.
