Job summary

EGO - Sutton-In-Ashfield is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will lead a section, train colleagues, and work to brand standards while delivering quality meals for guests.

You will support with stock control and ordering, helping the team stay organised and efficient on every shift. A passion for great food and teamwork is essential for success in this role.
