Ego - The Star Inn, Kingsclere, part of Mitchells & Butler's premium pub group, is looking for a Junior Sous Chef with a passion for great food and team development.

You’ll run a section, coach your team, and work to brand standards while maintaining kitchen discipline and high quality across shifts.
