Fox is recruiting a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen team and deliver great food across our branded menu. You’ll train chefs, manage ordering and stock, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring high standards and consistency.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
