Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Sous Chef at the Stretton Fox to lead a kitchen section with a passion for great food, training teams and guest satisfaction. You’ll run a section and step up in the absence of the Head Chef, driving teamwork to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.

You’ll manage food ordering, stock control and ensure health and hygiene standards across the kitchen, with opportunities for progression and staff discounts across the brand family.

As a Sous Chef at the Stretton Fox, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
