Job summary

MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking a hands-on Chef to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members and to lead a section under busy service in our UK kitchens.

You will prepare everything required before service, cook to spec, and know the menu inside out while maintaining top standards of cleanliness and safety. Flexible shifts support diverse lifestyles and progression opportunities exist.
