Job summary

Frankie & Benny's in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, lead a busy kitchen, and deliver dishes to spec.

You will mentor the team, uphold top hygiene standards, and step in when the Head Chef is away. This role offers a 45-hour week, quarterly bonuses, and robust wellbeing support.
