Frankie & Benny’s in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen, ensure dishes are produced to spec, and mentor the kitchen team. You’ll collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain high standards every service and create a positive, fast-paced atmosphere.

You’ll play a key role in hygiene, safety, and staff development, with a 45-hour contract, quarterly bonuses, and a strong focus on growth opportunities and employee wellbeing.
