Job summary

Aria Care in Rendlesham is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to deliver fresh, nutritious meals for residents. You will support the Head Chef, lead by example, and bring creative flair to high-level hospitality.

The role is 37.5 hours per week with alternate weekend work and straight shifts, and there are no evenings. You will benefit from a thorough induction to healthcare cooking and an opportunity to mentor teams through our in-house Chef academy.

Qualifications

• The candidate is expected to be a skilled Sous Chef with ability to create nutritious meals and lead by example.

We are looking for a highly skilled Sous chef to create fresh nutritious meals for our residents by way of using the best fresh ingredients available. We are looking for a passionate Chef that will support the Head Chef, lead by example and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings! There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.
