Job summary

Aria Care is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to create fresh nutritious meals for residents, using the best fresh ingredients available. You will support the Head Chef, lead by example, and bring creative flair to hospitality.

This full-time role offers straight shifts from 8am to 6pm, with alternate weekends. An induction will cover healthcare-specific skills, and there is an opportunity to mentor teams in our Chef academy.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef in hospitality or healthcare catering.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and mentor junior staff.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with a daytime schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and lead by example.
• Prepare fresh nutritious meals for residents using high-quality ingredients.
• Mentor and develop kitchen staff through Aria Care Chef academy.
• Work straight shifts from 8am to 6pm with alternate weekends.

We are looking for a highly skilled Sous chef to create fresh nutritious meals for our residents by way of using the best fresh ingredients available. We are looking for a passionate Chef that will support the Head Chef, lead by example and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings! There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.
