Job summary

Care UK is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents using the best ingredients available. You will support the Head Chef, lead by example, and bring creative flair to a high-level hospitality environment within a healthcare setting.

The role features straight shifts with no evenings, a fully supported induction, and opportunities to mentor teams through our Chef academy. A diverse and inclusive employer, Care UK values empathy, respect and growth mindset.

• Support the Head Chef, lead by example and mentor teams through our Chef academy.
• Shift pattern: straight shifts, no evenings (7:30am–6:30pm) and every other weekend.

• 38hrs per week
• Shift Times 7.30am-6.30pm (including every other weekend)

We are looking for a highly skilled Sous chef to create fresh nutritious meals for our residents by way of using the best fresh ingredients available. We are looking for a passionate Chef that will support the Head Chef, lead by example and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings! There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.
