The Sous Chef role is based in Rendlesham within a residential care kitchen run by Aria Healthcare, trading as Care UK. You will prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents and support the Head Chef, upholding high kitchen standards and consistent quality.

You will lead by example, mentor kitchen teams through the in-house Chef academy, and contribute to ongoing menu development with creative flair, while benefiting from a structured induction and progression opportunities.

This Sous Chef role is in the kitchen of a residential care setting run by Aria Healthcare, trading as Care UK. The core of the work is preparing fresh, nutritious meals for residents from quality ingredients while supporting the Head Chef and setting standards in the kitchen. It stands out for straight shifts with no evenings, alternate weekend working, and scope to mentor colleagues through the in-house Chef academy. Prior experience of creating nutritious, high-quality meals is the essential test of fit.
