Inn on the Lake is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train a team and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You will drive high standards, foster a collaborative team, and contribute to memorable guest experiences in a premium setting.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Lead and manage the kitchen section in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Support Head Chef with ordering, food prep and stock control.
• Ensure the kitchen operates to branded menu standards and health & safety rules.

As a Sous Chef atthe Inn on the Lake, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
