This thriving, exclusive wedding venue and restaurant nestled in the stunning Cumbrian countryside are looking for a sous chef to join their team. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality output.
  • Prepare and manage ingredients for senior chefs, ensuring everything is ready and well-organised for service.
  • Maintain stock rotation and oversee deliveries to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with fresh, quality ingredients.
  • Ensure high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and efficient working environment, working towards creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
