Job summary

Packe Arms in Mountsorrel, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and training teams. You’ll run a section, lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence, and contribute to delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
