Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to be right in the action in our kitchen, acting as second in command to the Head Chef and stepping up when they’re not on shift.

You’ll have branded experience or be an experienced Commis Chef, assist in managing all kitchen aspects, and run the line during service while developing the team and maintaining top standards of food and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a branded role or as a Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef and manage kitchen operations.
• Run the line during service.
• Develop and mentor kitchen staff.
