Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to be second in command in our kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and stepping in when needed. You will manage the line during service, assist in daily kitchen operations, and help develop the kitchen team while upholding the highest standards of food and service.

We welcome individuals with branded experience or as a Commis Chef, flexible hours, and opportunities for progression within our award-winning pub group.

Qualifications

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team and develop their skills.
• Maintain the highest standards of food and service.
