Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in when needed and helping to run the service on busy shifts.

You’ll bring branded pub experience, assist in managing all aspects of the kitchen, and lead the line to maintain high standards of food and service. We offer up to £15 per hour for 40 hours per week, with flexible and part-time hours available and career progression through our DNA pathway.

Qualifications

• Experience in branded pub environment preferred.
• Ability to assist Head Chef and manage kitchen during service.
• Strong leadership to run the line and develop the team.
