Job summary

Marston's Spread Eagle in Gailey is hiring a Commis Chef to prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn new prepping skills, bring dishes to life for the first time, and own a section of the kitchen.

There’s room to grow your career, with internal pathways toward Sous Chef. The role offers reliable hours and the chance to work with a supportive, passionate kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Ability to work within a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running and dishes to spec.
• Develop skills and progress towards more senior kitchen roles.

We're on the lookout for a Commis Chef to join our team!

Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. Got a passion for food? You'll fit right in. From learning new prepping skills, bringing a meal to life for the first time, to owning a section of the kitchen.

As Commis Chef: There's plenty to get involved with whilst growing your career and developing skills that you can take home.

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
