Job summary

Brunning & Price is seeking a Sous Chef at Sutton Hall, Macclesfield to help lead the kitchen and develop culinary skills for the Head Chef of the future. The role offers a progression path within a growing family of pubs and opportunities to learn and lead in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel is essential.
• Experience at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is important for this role.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen alongside the Head Chef to drive food culture.

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
