As Sous Chef, you will play a vital role within the management team, with responsibilities including:

• Ensuring that every item leaving the kitchen meets high standards.
• Supporting the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and providing guests with the best possible experience.
• Deputising for the Head Chef when required.
• Providing training to the kitchen team.
• Stocktaking and inventory management.
