Junior Sous Chef – Hospitality

Location: Canary Wharf, London

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Pay: £18.06 per hour

The Role:

As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen. You'll help manage prep, oversee service, uphold hygiene standards, and inspire the team to consistently deliver high-quality dishes.
