Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a proactive Sous Chef for a Vintage Inns site in Lincoln. You’ll lead a kitchen section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence to keep service running smoothly.

You’ll support ordering, stock control, and ensure adherence to our branded menu and food safety standards. Opportunities for progression and benefits await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or senior chef in branded pub kitchens.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a kitchen team.
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

As a Sous Chef at the Swan Holme , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
