Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring at The Swan Holme within Vintage Inns. As a Chef you will master our menu, working in a team to serve dishes you can be proud of, ensuring guests have a welcoming experience.

You will prepare ingredients before service, cook to the menu and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, with opportunities for progression and staff discounts across our brands.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a pub/restaurant is desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
