Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, assist with menu development and stock management, and guide junior staff to maintain high standards and 5★ scores on doors.

The role rewards hands-on leadership, quality food, and team development. Proudly family owned for nearly 200 years, JW Lees operates 150 pubs, inns and hotels across the North West and North Wales.
