Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence, with a focus on menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe, compliant kitchen.

You will mentor junior staff, drive high standards to achieve 5* scores, and motivate the team to deliver fresh, high-quality dishes while benefiting from extensive development programmes and staff perks.
