Brampton Mill in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Sous Chef to lead a section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence. This role offers onsite accommodation within Mitchells & Butler’s Premium Country Pubs portfolio.

You’ll oversee food ordering, prep, and stock control, while delivering dishes that align with a branded menu and maintaining high hygiene standards. Join a team focused on quality and guest satisfaction.
