The Role

We are looking for a new Sous Chef to join our Prezzo Family who has real leadership skills, the ability to drive your team’s performance, and ensure your kitchen is consistent in everything it does.

As a Prezzo Sous Chef, you will:

• Have a keen interest in prepping and cooking great quality Italian cuisine.
• Lead your kitchen, often taking charge of processes including health and safety, stock management, ordering, and staff development.
• Work closely with our Head Chef.

• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a desire to grow your skills and career to become a future Prezzo Head Chef!
• Be financially accountable and meet company GP expectations.

Where is the restaurant?

Prezzo Haverhill is housed in a striking art deco influenced contemporary building, with a curved glass facade flooding the restaurant with natural light. There is also a lovely patio area at the front where guests can dine al fresco.
