Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC is hiring a Sous Chef for All Bar One Harrogate. You will lead a kitchen section, train your team, and step in for the Head Chef when required, ensuring high standards and smooth service.

You’ll work with branded menus, manage ordering and stock, and help motivate the team while upholding health and hygiene regulations. Great progression opportunities and employee perks are highlighted in the role.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of health & hygiene regulations.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to meet targets.
• Train and inspire staff to deliver great food.
• Support Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control.
• Manage a branded menu with consistency and quality.
• Oversee kitchen team including Chefs and kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.
