The Observatory is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen in a lively pub environment. You’ll run a section, train your team, and step up for the Head Chef when needed, helping deliver great food and guest satisfaction.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
