Tyburn House, part of Sizzling Pub & Grill, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a passionate Part Time Sous Chef. You will lead a kitchen section, mentor your team, and step up in the Head Chef's absence, delivering great food and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or in a senior kitchen role.
• Able to lead and develop Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and best practice.
