Job summary

Change Recruitment Group is seeking a proven Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie for a distinguished Mayfair restaurant. You will support the Head Chef, lead the brigade, and uphold outstanding standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Lead and motivate the brigade during service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Ensure smooth preparation and service across the kitchen.
• Develop and train junior chefs.
• Maintain kitchen organisation, hygiene and food safety.
• Step in for Head Chef in their absence.
• Bring energy, creativity and a positive attitude to a fast-paced environment.
