Your duties and responsibilities will include:

1. Responsibility of day-to-day management of the kitchen operations, assisting the head chef and taking responsibility
2. Proactive management of a large team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding food expected by the brand
3. Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
4. All aspects of health & safety

In order to be considered, applicants must:

• Currently be at Sous Chef level within a restaurant environment; experience with high street restaurants and high-volume work would be ideal
• Have a great kitchen presence, be an accepted leader, and naturally inspire your team
• Have a good understanding of business operations
• Love great food and good service!
