Job summary

The Fox & Pelican in Grayshott is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join Fuller’s family. You’ll support the Head Chef, prepare fresh dishes from seasonal, local ingredients, and help lead a busy kitchen.

We expect pride in every service, solid food knowledge and a hygiene qualification, with opportunities to develop your skills and benefit from Fuller’s benefits and Wagestream alongside a competitive hourly wage and tips.
