Job summary

Rockfish is seeking Sous Chefs for Budleigh, Sidmouth, and Exmouth with an immediate start. The role offers a paid trial shift and up to £36,500 per year inclusive of tips, with full-time hours (5 days in 7) across a vibrant coastal operation.

You will lead a kitchen team, cook exceptional seafood dishes to Rockfish standards, and support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations while upholding top food-safety and cost-control standards.
