Job summary

Rockfish, a seafood business with ten locations in the Southwest, is seeking a Sous Chef who can lead a kitchen and uphold Rockfish standards. You will cook exceptional seafood, mentor staff, and collaborate with front-of-house to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in a professional kitchen.
• Commitment to high standards of food safety and cost management.
• Experience in seafood preparation preferred.
