Job summary

Rockfish in Exeter is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to spearhead seafood dishes and lead a talented kitchen team. You will ensure every plate meets Rockfish standards while supporting the Head Chef in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Cook exceptional seafood dishes meeting Rockfish standards.
• Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team, driving consistency and excellence.
• Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and service.
• Maintain high standards in food safety, stock control, and cost management.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
